LACONIA — Police searching a hotel room at the Landmark Inn arrested a man after discovering 42 grams of meth, heroin and assorted pills in his room.
Members of the Laconia police department’s drug unit and N.H. Probation and Parole officers were searching the hotel room of Brian Norris, 31, of no known address when they reported finding drugs with an estimated street value of $9,000.
Norris was arrested and charged with one count of possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute - methamphetamine, one count of possession of a narcotic drug - heroin, and two additional counts of possession of a controlled drug - buprenorphine, and chlonazapran.
He is being held on $50,000 cash bail at the Belknap County Jail and is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
